Hopetoun Street is a very quiet street located off West Annandale Street and close to the top of Leith Walk. Leith Walk has a brilliant range of local food shops, bars and restaurants including the famous deli Valvona and Crolla. This apartment has private underground parking, a real bonus in the city centre. Buses are available locally too and it is possible to walk to Princes Street within 15 minutes. 

This is an extremely comfortable, spacious and homely apartment. There is lift access to the flat. The living room, kitchen and dining area are combined. The living space has very comfortable leather sofas, the TV, DVD player and a selection of games.
